Event Product Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using VC Entertainment www.vcentertainment.com.my (“the Website”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Rental Process

2.1 The Website provides a platform to rent event products. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. 

*Please note that placing and order is an enquiry and not confirmation of the rental order

2.2 The rental period begins on the specified start date and ends on the specified return date. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.

2.3 Rental fees include the agreed-upon product(s), but do not cover setup, cleaning, or damages unless otherwise specified.

3. Security Deposit

3.1 A security deposit may be required for certain rentals. This deposit will be refunded after the return of the product(s) in satisfactory condition, less any applicable charges.

3.2 The security deposit is not an upper limit of liability for damages. You may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs exceeding the deposit amount.

4. Use and Care of Products

4.1 You are responsible for the proper use and care of the rented product(s). Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions may result in additional charges.

4.2 You agree not to modify or alter the product(s) in any way without explicit written permission.

5. Damage or Loss

5.1 In the event of damage or loss of the rented product(s), you agree to notify us immediately.

5.2 We reserve the right to assess the extent of damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement costs.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of rental. Please refer to our specific cancellation policy for details.

6.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

7. Liability
